HITLER GOES TO HEAVEN

Adolf Hitler reminisces with Eva Braun just before he poisons her, then shoots himself. He finds himself in heaven, since there’s no hell except the one he made on Earth. Then he learns that all six million of his victims are also in heaven! And when they find out that he’s there, too …

MIND OVER MATTER

Two young people meet at an antiwar demonstration. Marty is a lout; Alison is a phony. But beneath their posturing and defensiveness, both are eager for love.

Late in life, famous author Ernest “Papa” Hemingway seeks inspiration (and more) from young Adriana Ivancich. But Papa’s fourth wife Mary has some very strong opinions about the liaison. (Based on a true story.)

UBU REX

Farce (10m, 2f)

From Ubu Roi by Alfred Jarry

This savage farce is Jarry’s 1896 satire on almost everything. Provoked by his ambitious wife, Pa Ubu kills King Wenceslas of Poland and takes power. Ubu’s greed and lust for power are matched only by his stupidity. While he goes to war with Russia, Ma Ubu seeks buried treasure and dallies with one of Ubu’s henchmen. Finally, with everyone against them, Pa and Ma Ubu are chased into exile by King Wenceslas’s son Buggerlas. They set sail for America.
